You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, UPI PIN, and OTPs. RunPay will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
All mobile recharges, utility bill payments, and fund transfers are processed securely via partner banks and payment gateways. While RunPay ensures prompt execution, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking networks or telecom operator outages.
Cashback, discount scratch cards, and reward points provided by RunPay are subject to specific promotional terms. RunPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke offers at any time in case of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
RunPay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service interruptions, technical glitches, or unauthorized access to user accounts beyond our reasonable control.
